Sundararaman Iyer
Sundar Iyer is a finance professional – Ex CFO & Director for Henkel Group of Companies in India. Prior to that he was Manager with Hindustan Unilever. He is the founder Trustee for the school. He has done his post-graduation from Mumbai University.

As Founder Trustee of Suryoday School, he is actively involved in the school’s daily operations. He is also the founder and director of the Rays of Life Foundation, which runs a school for street children in Bhayandar and is setting up an old age home close to Lonavala, Maharashtra.
Sachin Raje
Sachin is a finance professional and the former CFO of Teleperformance India. He has held senior positions in organizations such as Intelenet, Serco, Adventity, Datamatics, and Geoffrey Manners. A Chartered Accountant, he also holds an MBA in International Finance and Marketing from KUL, Belgium, and has passed the CPA exam in the USA.

Anil Dron
Anil Dron is a practicing Chartered Accountant and does audit and consultancy for various MNC’s and Trust’s. Anil Dron is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is one of the founder Trustee.
Ulhas Deshpande
Ulhas Deshpande is a retired corporate executive and also an entrepreneur with over 30 years experience. He does some part time consulting work with start ups and early stage companies.
B C Maheshwari
Mr Maheshwari is working with Madhumilan Industries as Vice President Marketing last 33 years and continues to support the school during his spare time. He is one of the founder Trustees.
Dr. Ramkumar Murthi
Dr Ramkumar Murthi is a senior General Physician of 31 years’ experience practicing at Mumbai, Goregaon. He has always been part of various social activities like medical camps. He is the on call doctor for Desire Orphanage, Goregaon which houses HIV children. His interest in doing more for mentally challenged children took him towards Suryoday Trust.

Mr. Samit Kashyap is an accomplished profesSamit Kashyap – a Law Graduate from Mumbai University, is a first Generation Entrepreneur and founder promotor of C & C Consultants (I) Pvt.Ltd. in the Management of Risk’s for Multinational Banks & NBFC’s in Mumbai since 1992.

Thummala Reddy Shanmukha, aged 65, is a graduate in Dairying from the National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, and a postgraduate in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.

In more than 40 years of service, he has experience of working in Private, Public, Cooperative sector in the fields of Food processing sector including Dairy, Oil Seeds, Fruits & Vegetables, Meats, Agro processing and other products. A Cochair of Food & Agri committee of Federation of Telangana Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
Also involved in social service activities as a Trustee of IIMAAAHCT, farmers issues, president of local residents association.

Ms Shanta Vallury Gandhi has over three decades of experience largely in financial services. She is a self motivated,passionate, high energetic team leader who wants to leverage her past background to make an impact in society with a clear focus to pay forward.

T Balakrishnan is the former global head of Marketing and Strategy at Diversey Inc. Prior to that he has had several leadership roles being the managing director for Diversey in India and Australia and V P for Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa with Sealed Air.

He has also held several managerial roles in Hindustan Lever over the 12 years he was employed there. Mr. Balakrishnan is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and is a post-graduate from IIM Bangalore.

Reema is a yoga philosophy and life school concept teacher at The Yoga Institute of Santacruz. She is an artist and an aesthete. A founder member of “Street Konnect” a street festival which celebrates art and culture and brings a large community together.

Dr. Shobha Shetty 40 years of experience in special education, including 26 years as principal of Punarvas Special School, Dr. Shetty brings invaluable expertise. Her dedication to inclusive education will greatly strengthen our mission.

Mr. Narayanan has substantial experience in the areas of software development, enterprise architecture, enterprise infrastructure and software deployments and has worked in organizations such as Microsoft, Teleperformance and others.
